
We're officially launching the new Tixel brand and website
We’re excited to officially launch the new Tixel brand and our refreshed global website at tixelmed.com.
Over the past decade, many of you have known us as Novoxel (our company’s formal name). Going forward, we are unifying our global presence under the Tixel brand—introducing a new Tixel logo and a modernized design language that better reflects who we are today and where we are going.
We’re making this shift to celebrate Tixel as the success story of our technology and products—and because we consistently hear from partners and customers around the world that the Tixel name is the one people know, trust, and recognize. This is a milestone moment for our team, and we’re proud to share it with you.
One global home for everything Tixel
As part of this launch, we are consolidating our web presence into a single source of truth:
- We are transitioning our existing websites (tixel.us and novoxel.com) into one unified experience at tixelmed.com
- Over time, links to the prior sites will be redirected so you can always find the latest, most up-to-date information in one place
- In the coming weeks, additional domains—including mezotix.com—will also be incorporated into the same platform and resource library
Our new website is designed to make it easier to discover, learn, and share what makes Tixel unique. It brings together product and clinical information, a growing resource library, and clearer pathways to connect with our team.

Updated email addresses
In parallel, our email domain is changing to @tixelmed.com.
- You will begin seeing messages from our team using @tixelmed.com addresses
- Don’t worry: emails sent to our old addresses will continue to reach us during a transition period—we won’t miss a beat
